Greenstones is an eco-retreat and course centre based on an old farm on Flatön, an island about 90 minutes north of Göteborg on the west coast of Sweden. We have an ongoing programme of ecological development and restoration work.

During the summer we offer eco-retreats for individual guests, and for the remaining 9 months of the year we host course and meeting space for groups. Watsu (aquatic bodywork) is available year round in our heated Watsu pool.

Watsu (Water Shiatsu) is a gentle form of bodywork developed in California in the early 1980's. Watsu takes place in a pool of 35°C warm water.

Watsu is a combination of stretching, movement and massage. The relaxing effects of warm water and gentle support by the practitioner allows stress and tension to simple 'melt away'.
